Since Teric Enterprise Solutions, LLC is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service complete. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from us.

Our refund policy:

  • Non-delivery of the service:  If we fail to provide agreed upon services as described in your signed agreement, and no alternate services were provided, we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
  • No refund is provided for work completed or in-progress. We strive to meet your needs and expectations and will adjust all services in an attempt to satisfy your requirements. However, if you change your mind, decide to go in a new direction, decide to work with another company, or do not provide the information needed for your project, we will not provide any refund for work completed, even if it is not to your preference.
  • Should you feel a refund is due, you must submit in writing the reasons and amount requested. We will get back to you within 3 business days in regards to your request.
